Chief of Staff
As our Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing critical support in operations, coordination, and execution of key initiatives. You'll act as a force multiplier, ensuring smooth communication, effective project management, and seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives that will scale our platform's impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing support on key initiatives and decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across departments.
- Facilitate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Develop and implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Track key metrics and KPIs across the organization, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions.
- Lead and manage critical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate resources across teams to ensure projects have the support they need.
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- Ensure effective communication flows between executive team and all departments.
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes, helping translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and board preparation as needed.
- Support hiring processes and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or executive support roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfort with a flexible, results-oriented role with significant equity upside.
- Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software.
