Role Overview
As a Remote Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and coaches to our platform. This part-time role involves conducting intake interviews, gathering necessary information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews with new clients and coaches
- Gather and verify necessary information and documentation
- Guide new members through the platform onboarding process
- Answer questions and provide support during the intake process
- Maintain accurate records of all intake activities
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth onboarding
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience in customer service or intake processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using technology and online platforms
